History

GCR, Ltd. was established in March 1995 as an independent management-consulting firm. Early in its history, GCR, Ltd. specialized in providing public sector clients project management, financial and accounting systems, business process re-engineering, and strategic planning services. As the company grew it expanded its service offerings to include acquisition support, quality assurance, IV&V, business process management and information systems life cycle management. GCR is now a full service provider of professional services assisting clients with all their consulting needs throughout the value chain.

Through our history, GCR, Ltd. has been known as a high quality provider of services. This is primarily due to the expertise of our staff and our personal commitments to delivering results our clients need. GCR, Ltd. practitioners are highly qualified experts at providing our services. Our members hold certifications and degrees including; Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Fraud Examiner, Masters and Doctoral degrees. They are active in professional organizations including, Association of Government Accountants, Information Systems Auditors Foundation, Project Management Institute (PMI), and the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
